Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of private chauffeur and VTC transport services offered by Carlocay in Spain, as well as the use of our booking and enquiry channels.

By requesting a quote or confirming a booking, the client accepts these terms.

2. Services

Carlocay provides premium private transport services, including airport transfers, hourly chauffeur availability, corporate travel, events and long-distance journeys, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Bookings and confirmations

A reservation is considered confirmed once Carlocay accepts the booking and, where applicable, any required deposit or payment terms have been agreed.

The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, flight numbers and any relevant service requirements.

4. Prices and payment

Prices communicated in quotes or on our published rate pages are indicative unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Applicable taxes, including VAT, will be stated clearly.

Final pricing may vary according to route, waiting time, additional stops, vehicle category, tolls, parking or other operational factors agreed in advance.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Carlocay reserves the right to request advance payment for certain services or corporate accounts.

5. Cancellations and changes

Clients should notify any cancellation or change as early as possible. Cancellation conditions, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of confirmation according to the service type and notice period.

Carlocay will make reasonable efforts to accommodate itinerary changes, subject to availability and any resulting price adjustment.

6. Client obligations

Clients must behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles, comply with applicable laws and ensure that the number of passengers and luggage remains within the capacity of the booked vehicle.

Carlocay may refuse or terminate service if conduct poses a safety risk, violates the law or seriously disrupts the provision of the service.

7. Liability

Carlocay operates with licensed VTC drivers and compliant vehicles. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable transport and consumer regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, exceptional traffic, weather conditions, flight disruptions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, although we will always seek suitable solutions for our clients.

8. Personal data

Personal data provided in connection with our services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

Carlocay may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The current version will be available on this page.
